As a part of the master plan to resolve housing crisis, the Queensland State Government plans to construct a 25-story apartment complex in an inner suburb of Brisbane. These apartments must be affordable and also of low maintenance and operational costs. [To complete Assessment 01, student groups must assume their role as the client’s BIM manager].
